A few weeks ago a customer called to discuss how they recently had their car fully plasti-dipped and how unhappy they were with the final product. They asked Wraps1 one to swoop in and save the day and we did.
While we were anxious to see the plasti-dipped car, we proceeded with the order of a satin pearl white wrap and patiently awaited their installation date. When the moment finally arrived, our response was simple. Wow… The car looked acceptable from a distance, but up close it was an entirely different story.
There was overspray everywhere, meaning that whomever sprayed the vehicle failed to properly mask off areas to keep it clean and neat. The texture of the plasti-dip was uneven and had already begun peeling. The brake calipers were plasti-dipped as well but never sealed and the custom AMG decals were never reinstalled. The list goes on.
The customer paid $500 for this plasti-dip and it showed. We gave him a great deal, took excellent care of his car, needless to say, now he is one happy camper.
